eCustomer
Welcome to our new e-commerce system called eCustomer. eCustomer is available for customers who order the following products:
- DuPont Corian®, DuPont Zodiaq®,
- Butler-Johnson Granite, Sygnature Modular Granite Systems™ and Piedrafina Marble Surfacing,
- All Tile Products (except Mannington Porcelain),
- Blanco Plumbing Products.
eCustomer is an on-line system that allows our customers to place orders, check inventory and pricing, track orders, view invoices, payments and shipments, all via the Internet, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is a quick and easy way to monitor the status of your account. You may also give account access to others in your organization, through the "Buyer Maintenance" feature, which allows you to set different levels of access depending on the individuals role in your company. This new system was brought on-line July 2, 2007, and all transactions (whether placed on-line or through your BJC customer service representative) will be accessible through your on-line account.
How do I access eCustomer ?
If you previously had access to COLA (Customer On-line Access) then you can access eCustomer using your COLA user name and password.
If you are a new eCustomer user or have forgotten your COLA access, simply email your request to info@butler-johnson.com and we will set up your account access. Please also let us know if you have any questions, concerns or need assistance with your account.
