At Butler-Johnson our goal is to offer value-added services that provide you with timely information and easy access to the products you need. Currently, we offer the following online services;
- Sample Ordering - Order Corian® and Zodiaq® Samples On-Line 24/7.
- eCustomer - For our customers who order DuPont Surfaces, Piedrafina Marble, Tile and Plumbing products, we offer an on-line ordering system called eCustomer. You can access eCustomer by clicking on the eCustomer link in the left hand menu.
- COLA - For our customers who order Flooring Products and Flooring Accessories including Mannington Porcelain products, we offer an on-line ordering system called COLA. You can access COLA by clicking on the COLA link in the left hand menu.
What is the difference between COLA and eCustomer?
COLA is our original on-line inventory system and has been used by BJC customers for many years. eCustomer, which was launched in July 2007, offers more search features and an easier navigation system than COLA, however at this time it is only available to customers ordering DuPont Surfaces, Piedrafina marble, Tile and Plumbing products. In the future, our Flooring customers will have access to the eCustomer system, but before that happens, we will provide you with plenty of notice.
